I am very fortunate to have great friends! I don’t have tons of friends but the ones I have are top notch! Quality over quantity!

Today I spent a lovely time with my BFF and I met her sweet little girl for the first time. Our friendship isn’t new but we’ve never gotten our families together so it was nice to see a part of what makes her such a great person; she’s a wonderful mom too! Funny enough we met at the Torrid store opening where we live and we’ve been best friends ever since! So Torrid has not only provided me with great clothing and newfound confidence but it also gave me the greatest friend I could ever ask for!

I need the type of friends who are understanding and forgiving when my MS makes me tired or not feeling well and as a result I may have to cancel plans. I need people who get that and don’t judge me too harshly because of it. I am lucky to have such people in my life and for that I am truly grateful! I hope I am half as good a friend as they are to me.
Friends should make you feel good about yourself. They should love you unconditionally. They should be fun and make you smile. They should be willing to listen, not judge and accept you on good days or bad. If you have friends like this then you are blessed.
Be Pretty, Plus and Proud of the people in your life who support you and lift you up. If you have friends who are dragging you down, maybe they’re not really friends and it’s time to let them go. Of course don’t judge a friend by one bad occasion. Be there for a friend the same way you would like them to be there for you. But if their mood is always negative then you don’t really need that toxicity around you.
Cherish your friendships because they make life richer and fuller and that is a very good thing!
