We All Feel It!

You are not alone when you feel unworthy or not good enough. You are not alone when you feel unattractive, stuck or unhappy with your life. Everyone has days when they don’t feel their best. Everyone feels negative energy from time to time so you are never alone!

On days when you’re feeling off your game, it’s important to show yourself kindness, patience, compassion and care. Stay off social media since you’ll likely be tempted to compare yourself and feel like you come up short. People on social media choose to show you the perfect moments of their life. Remember there’s lots behind the scenes that you don’t see or hear about. Influencers have bad days too, they just don’t show it to the world.

Rest and relax if you can or do something you enjoy. Spend time connecting with nature. Move your body in ways that bring you peace, maybe yoga, swimming or a relaxing bike ride. Read, meditate, have a nap, buy yourself flowers or treat yourself to dinner in while watching a great movie or binging on Netflix.

Connect with people who make you laugh or who don’t judge you. Put off chores that can wait for another day. Take a mental health day off work and spend it taking care of you because you deserve special treatment and attention on off days.

Be Pretty, Plus and Proud of the amazing and beautiful person that you are and take care of yourself especially on those tough days when everything just feels slightly off.
