Failure Is Not Final

Whether you are a person of faith or not, I think you can appreciate and get something out of today’s post from Joel Osteen Ministries, “But I focus on this one thing. Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead.” (Philllipians 3:13, NLT)

His post goes on to explain that mistakes you’ve made in the past do not have to define your future. If you are not where you want to be in life today, it doesn’t mean you can’t get there. Failure, setbacks, poor choices are only temporary and will not keep you from your dreams and ultimate destination. You must move forward with hope in your heart and believe that whatever you are trying to attain in life is within your grasp. You must put one foot in front of the other and keep moving. God has a plan for you and he will not abandon you. You will be blessed and come out victorious as long as you don’t allow failure to be final.

We all stumble on our journeys. The difference between ultimate success and failure is that we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and keep moving. You are a beautiful creation and are worthy. You are good enough. You are deserving.

Be Pretty, Plus and Proud and don’t be so afraid of making mistakes that you don’t even try. Mistakes make us grow. They make us strong. They make us determined to succeed. Whatever your journey, keep travelling the road, moving forward. Forget the past and look forward to the future waiting for you.
