I Choose To Be Happy Today

Regardless of what anyone feels about me today, I’m going to choose to be happy. 

There will be people every day that will say or do something that has the potential to cause you hurt, pain, anger. It is not what other people say, feel or do that matters. What’s important is your reaction. You can’t control other people; you can only control yourself. It’s easy to react negatively when someone is bugging you but that only raises your stress level. If you can learn to ignore bad behaviour than you can live a more peaceful and happy life. You must be confident in yourself; in how you look, the decisions you make, how you treat people and the choices you make. If you believe that you are doing the best you can in all aspects of your life than other people’s opinions or behaviours are of no concern to you. Silently, agree to disagree. Smile and turn away. Your lack of reaction may be just the thing to turn one bully’s behaviour from bad to tolerable.

I choose to be Pretty, Plus and Proud and happy today!
